===== Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) =====

The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is available under a campus license with certain restrictions and specific instructions for activation.  

**License restrictions:**  
  * The license is linked to your **ULCN account**.  
  * You may use the license on a maximum of **two devices** simultaneously.  

Follow the steps below to request and activate the software.

==== Step 1 – Requesting the license ====

  - Go to the Helpdesk Portal: [[https://helpdesk.universiteitleiden.nl/tas/public/login/saml|License Portal]]  
  - Log in with your **ULCN account credentials**.  
  - Navigate to **Software & Licenses**.  
  - Select **Install or Request Software**.  
  - Choose **Request Software**.  
  - Fill in the form as shown below.

==== Step 2 – Installation ====

  - Once you receive confirmation, download the software 'Adobe Creative Cloud'.  
  - Installation can be performed by STRW/LION ICT support.  
  - You can activate the software yourself after installation.

==== Step 3 – Activating Adobe Creative Cloud ====

After processing (usually within one working day), you will receive an email confirming that you are authorized to use Adobe Creative Cloud.  

  - Click on the link in the email or go to [[https://creativecloud.adobe.com/|Adobe Creative Cloud]].  
  - Log in with your **ULCN account** in the format:  
    `ulcn-account@vuw.leidenuniv.nl`  
  - After logging in, you can open the Creative Cloud dashboard.  
  - From there, you can download and install individual Adobe applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

**You are now ready to use Adobe Creative Cloud under the University license.**
